    The Governorís Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) was created by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. to serve as Californiaís single point of contact for economic development and job creation efforts. GO-Biz offers a range of services to business owners including: attraction, retention and expansion services, site selection, permit streamlining, clearing of regulatory hurdles, small business assistance, international trade development, assistance with state government, and much more.

    CalGold--This website assists you in finding appropriate permit information for your business. It also provides contact information for the various agencies that administer & issue these permits.

    Office of Small Business Advocate--The Office of Small Business Advocate (OSBA) advocates the causes of small business and provide small business owners with the information needed to succeed in the California marketplace.

    The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.

    Part of the Ventura County EDC-SBDC, the Los Angeles Regional Network, and the national Small Business Administration (SBA). We provide individualized consulting and training to new and growing businesses
