otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Architectural
Review Board. Comments shall be limited
to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person
shall speak longer than five minutes.
Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the
time the agenda item is considered.

Hearing on the request of William Araluce, agent/architect for Alphonse Franssen to consider case No. 04-1172-DP/TPM/CDP for final review of a proposal to demolish an existing 600 square foot detached garage and construct a new two-story 1,835 square foot detached single family residence in its place. The associated proposal to remodel and construct a second floor addition to the existing residence is not part of this current request for final ARB review. The site is zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD-20) and shown as APN 003-325-001.

Hearing on the request
of Lemos Fee and Pet Supply for the preliminary/final
review of a request for a new sign and a modification to the existing Planned
Sign Program for the subject multi-tenant building to allow the requested sign
type to be permitted. The proposed new sign would be an internally illuminated
individual cabinet letters and logo sign. The logo sign dimensions would be 34
inches high by 5 feet 11 inches wide. The text sign would measure 18 inches
high by 20 feet 1 inch wide. The total sign area would measure 47 square feet.
