This is a time for public comments on matters not
otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Architectural
Review Board. Comments shall be limited
to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person
shall speak longer than five minutes.
Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the
time the agenda item is considered.

Hearing on the request of Tom Ochsner for Britton Marin to consider Case No. 10-1545-ARB for conceptual review of the project proposal to construct an addition of 713 to an existing single family residence. The addition would include 365 square feet on the ground floor and a 348 square foot second floor. The addition would allow for the addition of a den and full bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom, deck and storage room on the second floor. The project would also consist of replacing an existing shed and patio structure in the rear yard with a new covered deck.
