Hearing on the request of Kevin Clark and Mark Hyatt to consider Case No. 13-1681-DP/CDP for preliminary/final review of a request to complete exterior improvements to an existing commercial building as part of tenant improvements for a new restaurant and brewery. Proposed exterior improvements include a new exterior patio, remodeled entry, landscaping, hardscape and signage. The property is an 11,166 square foot parcel zoned Commercial Planned Development (CPD) with a Visitor-serving Commercial (V) Overlay and shown as APN 003-263-030 located at 5065 Carpinteria Avenue.
Hearing on the request of Rogelio Solis with Cearnal Andrulaitis LLP, agent/architect for The Towbes Group to consider Case No. 14-1703-ARB for continued preliminary/final review of a proposal to remodel the building façades, install new landscaping, restripe the parking lot to add three accessible parking spaces and modify the Planned Sign Program at the Shepard Place Shops. The property totals approximately 2.75 acres zoned Commercial Planned Development (CPD) and shown as APNs 001-070-059 and 060, located at 1001-1049 Casitas Pass Road.
