Notice is hereby given that the City of Carpinteria’s Architectural Review Board will hold a regular public meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2009 in the Council Chambers at City Hall in Carpinteria, California.

This is a time for public comments on matters not
otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Architectural
Review Board. Comments shall be limited
to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person
shall speak longer than five minutes.
Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the
time the agenda item is considered.
The City is not responsible for the content of
statements made during the public comment period

Hearing on the request of Francisco Vasquez, applicant, to consider Case No. 06-1296-ARB for final review of a proposal to construct a new one-story 2,278 square foot single family residence (and attached garage) and complete associated property improvements, including the site grading, construction of retaining walls and perimeter fencing and installation of landscaping. The property is a 7,509 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (8-R-1) and shown as APN 004-012-031 located at 5160 El Carro Lane.

Hearing on the request of Paul Wright, applicant, to consider Case No. 09-1486-CUPM/CDP for preliminary/final review of a proposal to modify their existing Conditional Use Permit to allow for the addition of a fenced exterior patio to their existing tasting room operations. The project occupies a portion of a 1.5 acre multi-tenant commercial warehouse building split zoned Commercial Planned Development (CPD) and General Industry (M) and shown as APNs 004-105-004 located at 5049 Sixth Street.
